| Introduction – | Amy Faley welcomed all members of the group to the meeting. Lunch was provided courtesy of Park Hill Hospital. |
| Presentation 1- | The first presentation was from Marion Bend- Voice Ability. Followed by Q&A’s |
| Presentation 2- | Mr Balchandra General Bariatric Surgeon from DRI/ Park Hill Hospital. Followed by Q&A’s |
| Practice Update- | Claire Davis informed the group that the surgery had employed a Clinical Pharmacist and Social Prescriber. |
| James Batty Memorial Award Winners- | Claire also informed the group that the James Batty award was presented today to 2 year 10 pupils from De Warenne Academy in Conisbrough by Claire and PPG member Susan Board, where 1 st Place prize of £100 was awarded to Freya and a runner up prize of £50 was presented to Jess. Local Press were in attendance of the award giving to photograph the award. Dr Kumar has written a piece to be submitted along with the photos which will feature in the Dearne Valley Weekender and Rotherham Advertiser. Mr Batty was valued member of our patient participation group. |
| Close of meeting- | All patients were given their presents (bottle of prosecco and Christmas card) at the end of the meeting. |
